Testimonials

Real stories from the people we support.

Nothing speaks louder than the experiences of those we have the privilege of walking alongside. These are their words.

Their team genuinely cares about the wellbeing and independence of the people they support, always showing patience, respect, and kindness. Communication is clear and they go above and beyond to ensure participants feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. Highly recommended."

Georgia Pandel Participant

"Lanara embody the values that they aspire to in very real actions and outcomes. I no longer feel like I am battling a monolithic profit machine to secure the support that I want. Lanara's service truly reflects that they are a family business and I'm honoured to have had a chance to be a part of this project from the ground up."

Robert Vickerstaff Participant

"They are compassionate, easy to deal with, and trustworthy. They have developed a close connection with the participant which has a positive impact on her physical and mental health condition. Peter is very responsive in returning phone calls, answering emails and following up. They have set a high standard in their field and are highly recommended. "

Everything you need to know about our services.

Psychosocial Support focuses on your mental health, emotional wellbeing, and independence - helping you build life skills, manage daily routines, connect with your community, and work toward your personal goals. Personal Care Support is more practical in nature, providing dignified assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and daily living tasks. Many of our participants receive both services, and our team works together to ensure they complement each other seamlessly.

Yes. We provide support both in your home and out in the community - whether that means accompanying you to appointments, helping you access local activities, or simply being there for a walk or a coffee. Where your support takes place is always guided by what works best for you.

The frequency of your support is determined by your individual support plan and goals. Some participants see their support worker several times a week, while others have less frequent sessions. Regardless of frequency, we prioritise consistency - meaning you will work with the same support worker so that a genuine, trusting relationship can develop over time.

Absolutely. We review your support plan regularly and adapt it as your goals, circumstances, and needs change. We believe great support is never static - it grows with you. If at any point you feel your support needs to be adjusted, you can raise this with your support worker or contact us directly.
