Lanara provides psychosocial support, social participation, personal care and daily living assistance to adults in Canterbury-Bankstown, including Canterbury, Earlwood, Campsie, Belmore, Lakemba and Bankstown. We are a family-owned provider based nearby in Marrickville, and we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and private clients.

Canterbury-Bankstown is one of Sydney’s biggest and most diverse communities. Around 371,000 people live across its 52 suburbs, and at the 2021 Census only about a third of residents spoke English only at home, with Arabic, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Greek and Cantonese among the most common languages (ABS). It also has more NDIS participants than any other council area we serve: 9,567 at 30 June 2026 (NDIS data).

Who can use Lanara in Canterbury-Bankstown?

Across Canterbury-Bankstown we support adults living with psychosocial disability, mental health conditions and other complex needs, including many of the conditions we commonly support, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Many live with extended family, and we are used to working with families as part of the picture.

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as private clients who fund their own support. If your NDIS plan is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), you will need to use a registered provider.
